About Martyn's Dooldles

Based in the beautiful West of Ireland, inspired by the ornate pub and shop fronts found in every town, a long lost enjoyment of capturing vernacular architecture in simple pen and ink form was re-ignited.

 

It's not exactly art but if a few mistakes, converted to quirks, can give a little enjoyment it's worth doing. 

 

Good or bad, if one of these drawings can bring a smile to your face it has done what it was intended to do.

Commissions will be considered, although the subject must be appropriate for the style.

Prints are available of all the work displayed here. Available in a range of formats from A5 prints in 10"x8" mounts, or framed, to A4 prints in A3 mounts, or framed.
